Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there was no public access to the iconic square this year for the New Year’s Eve celebrations.
The atmosphere was surreal. The contrast with the past years, in which over a million people gathered in Times Square to ring in the new year was unsettling.
Hoping for a much better year. Happy 2021 world!
